Sioux (changeable) Hardy Water Lily

5-6 inch star-shaped blooms that change in color from a pale yellow to peach to copper. The deepest color is on the outer petals. They stay open late in the evening. 8-9 inch green pads mottled with bronze. 4 foot spread. Very pleasant fragrance. Best in zones 4-11; Full sun.
